USA: CBS Sunday Morning Runs Anti-Constitution Segment

Why should men who wrote the American Constitution two centuries ago, rule America today via a dated Constitution, as they know nothing about the country today, because they are now dead.

That is the gist of the segment below by some professor on CBS. This is the second anti-Constitution professor to be trotted out by the media and allowed to have their views aired. The previous genius was Louis Michael Seidman, Professor of Constitutional Law at Georgetown University, who advocates that the Constitution be ignored. This from a CONSTITUTIONAL professor - gee, I wonder what he teaches his students?

This is the Progressive at their finest. They use straw men arguments to try and convince people of their point of view, all the while smiling and looking sane. The current genius of course forgets to mention in his little snarky monologue that there is a Constitution amendment process if it's required by the People.

But no, they don't want small changes, they want the entire document scrapped so that their current King in office, and those set to follow, can do as they please with the people under them. 

Kind of ironic, seeing as the Founding Fathers did everything in their power to stop government being in control of the people's lives. They didn't want future Americans to live as they did under the rule of a King/Dictator - as in England. They set checks and balances in the Constitution so that no one was able to ram laws down the throats of the American citizens. They gave the citizens a voice via free speech, and armed them against any threat of tyranny from their government. They had learned their lessons the hard way and from history, and wanted future American citizens to be free to live the lives they wanted to.

And yet today, nearly 300 years later, that threat is at its greatest. American citizens may still have free speech and the right to bear arms, yet all their other freedoms are being eroded right in front of their eyes via government regulations. The EPA controls the air, waters and land - and are imposing draconian regulations to kill farming and the mining of natural resources. The DoJ attacks anyone they think are enemies of their King, even ordering law enforcement officers to ignore certain laws which don't gel with his agenda. The IRS collects taxes for their King and has so many regulations that people are too scared to open businesses. The FDA controls medicine and foods, telling the American people what's good or bad for them. And the list goes on. Everyday the American people's freedoms are being eroded with laws and regulations, meant to CONTROL them completely. And if the King can't do it directly because of the Constitution, he goes around it via draconian regulations and Executive Orders.


Pretty soon people won't be able to make a cup of coffee for themselves because: 1. They may burn themselves and require healthcare, thereby draining the system; 2. It uses electricity to warm the water, destroying the planet; 3. The FDA deems coffee not good for people; 4. The DoJ sues because you prefer white coffee over black; 5. No one can afford to make a cup because the IRS taxes are set high to discourage you from buying it. See how it works? They don't need to ban coffee outright - they discourage you via other ways.

This is what they're currently doing with gun-control. They know they won't be able to ban guns outright, but they'll go after the bullets and impose other restrictions and penalties that pretty soon people just won't be able to afford a gun, or keep up with all the regulations required to keep one. It's how Progressives work. They hide their true agenda with the left hand, whilst imposing rules for their agenda with the right...all the while speaking with a fork tongue and keeping an innocent smile on their face.

It seems that no matter how free people want to live, those with power and the god-complex always seem to find ways to control us. It's human nature and the Constitution was written with this in mind, trying to cover every angle that could be used by the power-hungry. Alas, the wise old men have been outsmarted and evil has triumphed. 

And in case you think that the Constitution will never be destroyed, think again. Follow the bread-crumbs that the Progressives leave today. They are telling you what they want to do. Oh, it may take them another 50 years to wear the American people down, but the groundwork is already being laid in the schools, where the Unionised  Marxists teachers are teaching the kids that the Constitution is a set of rules drawn up by evil old White men and it means nothing today - the rules are meant to suppress their rights. Go ask any public educated child today about the Constitution or the Bill of Rights and you'll get vacant stares and snide remarks. So, think about when this generation is middle aged and controlling the country - what do you think they'll do with the Constitution? 

Americans need to wise up and wise up quickly. And Conservatives need to realise the mighty machine they're up against. While they bicker among each other about the direction of the GOP, the Progressives are 2000 steps ahead, planting the seeds of all their future Utopian dreams in today's children.
